One would think we would learn, sadly that does not seem to be the case.  Brisco County Jr., Jr. has chewed through his collar….  again.  We stopped keeping track of how many.  This one lasted the longest though and I guess because the length of time each collar lasts becomes longer and longer we seem to get our hopes up or become lazy (probably the latter) and then he does it again.   For obvious reasons the collar does not stay on him all the time – only when we go for a walk or a ride in the car does he have to wear the collar.  On most days my husband or I will take it off of him as soon as we get home…. today we forgot.  R.I.P. unknown numbered collar – you lasted the longest.

I have to say there is no other collar I will ever buy except Lupine.  They have replaced each and every collar, free of charge – despite our fault in this.  Their guarantee states that the collar will be replaced “even if chewed.”   The Lupine website states:  “We understand the joys and frustrations of pet ownership!  Although we can’t replace the legs on your kitchen table or your best pair of shoes, we can do our part to help keep your best friend out of the doghouse.”  Thank you, Lupine,  for your understanding!
